Russian Doll Season 2 Reveals April Premiere Date

Fans of Netflix’s time loop series Russian doll have waited over three years to see Season 2. But now that wait is finally almost over.

The streamer revealed today that the series will officially return on April 20.

Netflix made the announcement by dropping a new teaser clip for Russian doll season 2. Check it out below.

The tease clip of the flashes of the coming season, finally ending with Nadia (Natasha Lyonne) cheerfully relaying some advice:

“When the universe fucks with you, let it.”

The clip ends by revealing Season 2’s official premiere date of April 20.

Russian doll season 2 picks up four years after the events of the first season. After escaping their deadly personal time loops, Nadia and Alan (Charlie Barnett) stumble upon a time portal in the middle of Manhattan. But their era-crossing adventures quickly prove more than they bargained for. Nadia and Alan are about to learn that their fate is worse than death.

The Emmy-winning series returns, with Lyonne starring and serving as showrunner and executive producer. Alex Buono, Amy Poehler (Paper Kite Productions), Leslye Headland, Lilly Burns (Jax Media), Tony Hernandez (Jax Media), Dave Becky (3 Arts), Kate Arend (Paper Kite Productions), Regina Corrado and Allison Silverman also produce executive.
